1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — email address and password when you register; profile details you choose to provide.
- Monitored URLs — public URLs you submit for monitoring, display names, and monitoring settings.
- Notification contacts — email addresses you add for alerts or weekly reports, and verification status.
- Feedback — messages, categories, optional satisfaction ratings, and optional image attachments you submit through the in-app feedback form.
- Support correspondence — information you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Monitoring results — timestamps, HTTP status, response metadata, SSL certificate details, and derived uptime statistics for URLs you configure.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, app events, and similar technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Authentication logs — sign-in activity handled through our authentication provider.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
Information from third parties
- Bot protection — signals from Cloudflare Turnstile when you complete challenges on sign-up or other protected flows.
- Payment information (future paid plans) — when paid plans launch, payment details are processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide URL and SSL monitoring and email notifications;
- create and manage your account;
- verify notification email addresses;
- send transactional emails (for example, sign-up confirmation, alerts, account notices);
- respond to feedback and support requests;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- understand usage and improve reliability (including analytics);
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Authentication and database hosting |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, CDN, and security (including Turnstile) |
| Brevo | Transactional email delivery |
| Google Analytics | Website usage analytics on marketing pages and the web application |
| Microsoft Clarity | Session recordings and behavioral analytics on marketing pages and the web application |
| Sentry | Error and performance monitoring for the application |
| Stripe (when paid plans launch) | Payment processing and subscription management |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Anonymous trial data — if you start a trial without registering an email address, we create a temporary anonymous account. We delete anonymous accounts and their monitoring data 24 hours after creation if you have not signed up for a registered account. A scheduled cleanup job removes expired anonymous users; you are not notified before deletion.
- Registered account data — while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if you delete your account;
- Monitoring history — according to your plan limits (for example, 7 days on the Free plan at the time of this policy);
- Logs and security records — for a limited period unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons.
You may delete your account through the Service where available. Some data may persist in backups for a limited time.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
You can:
- update account settings in the web app;
- manage notification recipients and verification in the app;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (transactional service emails may still be sent);
- use browser controls to limit cookies where applicable.
